PublisherHost is a web hosting service with a difference. It specialises in web hosting to small publishing businesses.
Basically it does not attempt to compete with the $5 a month hosting offered elsewhere, although it can offer those who basically know what they are doing and can set up a site for themselves a hosting facility tailored to their needs for a cost of from $95 a year.
More commonly we will offer a facility from around double that price with more hand holding. We are not graphic designers, however, so while we may offer you a template-based site, you are welcome to prepare a site, or have it prepared for you, and then ask us to host the site, to organize or recommend links to facilities to take orders.
What we are prepared to do is to explain exactly what we are doing, so you can gradually take on the task of administering the site for yourself, and as we do that so your hosting costs will go down, or we will extend the period for which you have prepaid.
Basically, tell us what you need, and we will tell you what we can do and what it will cost. What you will not be doing is paying for services you do not need and cannot use.
